Saving Pets One at a Time is a pet nutrition education platform founded by Kelly Bone after the loss of her Lhasa Bichon, Duncan, to contaminated pet food. Most items typically arrive within 7–14 business days (3–7 days production + 3–7 days shipping). Handmade items are handcrafted to order and ship free from Michigan — allow 5–8 business days. See our full Shipping & Returns page for details.

Yes! Handmade items always ship free — no minimum required. All other orders ship free on $75+ within the United States. Use code SHIP75 at checkout, offer vaild for most orders.

We accept returns and replacements for items with a print quality defect, manufacturing error, or shipping damage. Because our apparel and accessories are made to order, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. Handmade items may be returned if defective.
